Skills Coach – Youth Worker Up to £35,000 per annum, experience dependent Remote with travel required, to meet business needs.
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of working at an appropriate level within a youth work environment.
You will be familiar with community engagement strategies, local services, and support networks to meet youth working needs.
Additionally, an understanding of legal, ethical, and data management requirements to support individuals and communities effectively.
Providing a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualification standards and offer an integrated programme of teaching, training, support, mentoring and development of learners.
Key Responsibilities : Engagement with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. Deliver qualifications across a range of programmes where occupationally competent, following quality processes and in line with the eTraining continuous Improvement strategy. Maintain a caseload of learners delivering sector-specific programmes. Support learners to achieve the highest pass possible in EPA. Participate in ongoing self-assessment activity. Work flexibly in the field and across multiple sites, as and when directed by the line manager. Skills & Experience : - D32 / 33 / A1 / TAQA / CAVA equivalent.
Effective management of workload and caseload (E) - Relationship management.
