Job description
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets, while ensuring the highest standards of store presentation.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and motivating junior team members.
  • Manage and oversee in-store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality.
  • Process and manage Plenish e-commerce orders efficiently, ensuring seamless online and in-store integration.
  • Handle stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising to reflect the Mira Mikati brand.
  • Assist with store events, VIP clients, and collaborations, bringing a creative and proactive approach to every project.- Experienced Sales Adviser with expertise in creative styling within a high-end, luxury retail environment, deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as shopify and stocky.
  • Experience handling online orders.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in merchandising and store presentation.
  • Passion for fashion, creativity, and a love for Mira Mikati’s bold and colourful designs.
