Have 3 years of professional experience with any modern programming language (preferably Python C / C or C#)

Possess experience working with Linux or Unix systems

Demonstrate a strong interest in Python and open-source technologies

Are able to learn on the job and show an aptitude for solving complex technical problems

Youll get extra points for...

Solid experience with relational databases

Experience working in a highly technical environment and solving complex problems

Familiarity with microservices architecture RESTful APIs message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ) and NoSQL datastores (e.g. MongoDB)

Experience developing applications using non-blocking I / O (event loops)

Proficiency in Python particularly with the Tornado framework

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Previous commercial experience in the gambling or sports betting sector

A demonstrated passion for programming reflected through a blog portfolio GitHub Bitbucket profile or personal website
