Customer Services Advisor - Saltash (Part-time)

Dash Express, part of the well-established The Dash Group, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Saltash, Cornwall. This role is a key part of our expanding operations and is designed to support our growing business as we continue to deliver exceptional service across the South West.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving for deliveries, bookings, and customer enquiries.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer service support for depot
• End of day admin for inputs and POD cleardown
• Dealing with customer calls and taking messages
• Phone calls and emails from depots and recipients chasing deliveries (inbound and outbound freight)
• Driver / customer complaints
• Assisting any customers / visitors to the site
• Customer bookings and pricing enquiries
• Dealing with internal and external emails
• Processing claims and credits
• General administrative duties

Days of Work : Tuesday – Thursday 08 : 30 – 17 : 00 (24 hours)

Salary : £15,288

Holiday Entitlement : 5.6 weeks per year including Bank Holidays
