You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, leading a passionate team, and maintaining the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the homecare branch, ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
• Lead and support care coordinators and field care supervisors
• Manage care packages, rotas, and staff performance
• Drive service development and business growth in the Walsall area
• Maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and local stakeholders
