- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics Experience :
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment
- A solid understanding of sales principles and practices is essential
- Ability to analyse data effectively and make informed decisions based on insights gained
- Experience within the same industry or manufacturing industry
- 3+ years’ Experience in selling within a technical environment Pay : £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Additional pay :
