  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics Experience :
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment
  • A solid understanding of sales principles and practices is essential
  • Ability to analyse data effectively and make informed decisions based on insights gained
  • Experience within the same industry or manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years’ Experience in selling within a technical environment Pay : £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Additional pay :
