Service Care Solutions are working with a well-established Law firm who are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Residential Property Lawyer to play a leading role in the continued growth of our Glasgow residential property practice .
Key Responsibilities include :
- Managing a busy caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other key stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence
