Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accoutant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, preparing Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and managing Chargeable Income Tax for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Chargeable Income Tax for corporate clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and tax computations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts and corporate tax matters.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a secretarial or professional services firm.
  • Proficient in Million accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
