Team Leader – Rushmere Community Hub

13.10 / hr + Enhancements | Employee-Owned Organisation

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact? Join  Leading Lives , a not-for-profit, employee-owned social enterprise supporting adults with learning disabilities across Suffolk.

The Role :

We’re looking for a passionate  Full time Team Leader  (37 hours) to coach and support our Rushmere Hub delivering inspiring and meaningful activities. You’ll be the vital link between team members and management—driving quality, culture, and consistency.

What You’ll Do :

Lead by example and mentor your team

Promote dignity, inclusion, and person-centred care

Support rota planning, audits, and care planning

Be the go-to for team members and a voice for our customers

Help shape service delivery and community opportunities

What You’ll Need :

Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent)

Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills

Experience in social care and a passion for people

Your Journey Starts Here :

You’ll receive a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one. Start date subject to enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
