This position is open to candidates with either a mechanical or electrical background, who have proven leadership skills and a proactive approach to site maintenance and improvement. Maintenance Manager Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance professional to take full ownership of the engineering function at site level - managing a team of 8 engineers while remaining hands-on when required. The business has recently gone through a period of investment and growth, with continued development and capital projects planned. This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a Multi-Site Engineering Manager position, but it's essential that the successful candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and providing practical, hands-on support when needed.
