Corporate Solicitor - 5 years PQE - Scotland

Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a change? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a leading Corporate team which can offer you exposure to a wide variety of corporate transactions - both national and international?

I am currently working with a global law firm which is expanding its Corporate team in Scotland. You will ideally have experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (national and international). Private Equity knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.

The firm works with a wide range of clients and advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, joint ventures, and investors. The team also handles a variety of cross-border work. To be considered you will be 5 years PQE and will have a solid corporate background.
