We are looking for a reliable and passionate Chef to join our team, focusing exclusively on morning service. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys early starts and delivering high-quality, consistent Breakfast and Lunch in a calm and well-organised environment. You will take ownership of the breakfast shift, preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard while ensuring food safety and kitchen efficiency Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes according to menu and presentation standards.

• Ensure breakfast and lunch service runs smoothly and efficiently every morning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
• Manage breakfast mise en place and stock levels to minimise waste.
