Job Description

Group Health & Safety Manager.

UK (Multi-Site Travel), Occasional overnight stays.

Up to £45,000 per annum DOE Company Car, Phone & Laptop.

Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm.

What We Are Looking For :

Develop and implement H&S policies and procedures.

Conduct and review risk assessments.

Lead site inspections and audits.

Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions.

Deliver training and promote a culture of safety.

Monitor compliance with UK H&S legislation.

Provide expert guidance to leadership and staff.

Develop KPIs and track performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role.

Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation.

Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal ability.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret safety data.

Leadership skills to influence and drive safety culture.

IOSH qualification.
