Neighbourhood Manager

MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Manager to join a fantastic Housing Provider based in West London. As Neighbourhood Manager, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing management services. You'll ensure that all tenancy, estate, and leasehold services are delivered in line with regulatory and legal compliance, while promoting safe, sustainable communities. Duties : Ensure compliance with housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and regulatory standards (e.g. H&S, fire safety, safeguarding) Monitor estate standards and oversee regular inspections, ensuring communal areas meet compliance requirements Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches, including anti-social behaviour, subletting, and safeguarding concerns Oversee tenancy changes such as successions, assignments, and mutual exchanges Collaborate with compliance and asset teams to ensure timely resolution of repairs and statutory checks Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for audits, inspections, and regulatory returns Support vulnerable residents through referrals and partnership working with support agencies Lead on resident engagement initiatives and act as a key point of contact for community issues Contribute to service improvement plans and ensure continuous improvement in compliance performance...
