Job Description
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to produce timely management reports.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Support ad hoc financial projects as required by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Hybrid Financial Accountant should have :
A professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience in financial accounting.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.Experience within the property industry or a similar sector is advantageous.An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.What's on Offer
