Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and optimisation of React applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and UI / UX teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Design and implement clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong emphasis on security and compliance for highly regulated environments.
• Work alongside UI / UX designers to translate designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces using Figma or Storybook .
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to the architecture of scalable and reliable front-end systems.
• Lead by example, mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, React best practices, and trends in regulated industries.
