Lead Fitter | 4on 4off + 14-Day Break | Bonus + Benefits Salary : £40,000 per annum Shifts : 4on 4off over 7 weeks, followed by a 14-day rest. Overtime : Available We’re hiring a Lead Fitter to take charge of day-to-day mechanical operations and maintenance on a dynamic and growing manufcaturing site. This is a great role for someone who’s ready to lead from the front and keep production running at peak performance. 🔧 The Role :

• Lead and prioritise preventative maintenance and urgent repairs
• Service granulators, crushers, hydraulics, and more
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Fitters
• Ensure safety standards, accurate reporting, and shift handovers About You :
• Strong mechanical maintenance background with leadership experience
• Skilled in MIG welding, with knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and ideally PLCs
• Comfortable using Excel and reporting systems
• Proactive and safety-focused, with strong fault-finding ability Why Apply?
