Job Title : Head of Growth

Salary : £75,000 - £90,000 depending on background & experience

Location : London, 1 day work from home a week

My client is an Growth agency who due to success are now looking for a client-leading Head of Growth to join their dynamic team as they embark on an exciting growth phase. This role is perfect for someone with head-of-growth level experience, ideally with a strong background in scaling start-ups or challenger brands .

The role involves driving the growth of the client’s business primarily through scaling paid acquisition while ensuring profitability remains steady or improves. This includes developing strategies, conducting analyses, managing client accounts on paid social, and collaborating closely with the internal team of creative strategists, media buyers, creative production staff, and data engineers to execute and test innovative growth initiatives.

Day to day you will…

• Growth of the client’s business : predominantly through the scaling of paid acquisition while maintaining or improving profitability.
• Strategy, analysis, and responsibility for the day-to-day management of their client accounts (paid social).
• Working closely with their internal client team of creative strategists, media buyers, creative production, and data engineering.
• The owner of the clients’ growth process. It’s on you to come up with the ideas, turn those into experiments, sell those ideas to the client, then run those experiments methodically and scientifically.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has been directly responsible for growing at least one start-up or challenger brand. They'll have a broad skillset, but importantly with a specialism in paid social. They will have significant experience in growing paid social accounts from small spend to big spend.

This agency have grown 2.5x year one into year two, and plan to continue that trajectory for the next 5 years, meaning this candidate will be joining at a highly pivotal time

This agency has ambitious plans for the next five years, aiming to become a household name in the industry. You will play a vital role in this journey, collaborating closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and data engineers to deliver impactful results for their clients.

They have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 1 day a week working from home (can be more flexible as and when needed). Salary-wise they can offer between £75,000 - £90,000 , depending on background and experience.
