We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. The Paraplanner will play a key role in supporting our financial advisors by conducting research, preparing financial plans, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare Financial Plans : Collaborate with financial advisors to create comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on investment options, insurance products, and other financial services to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Client Support : Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring that all information is clear, accurate, and complies with relevant legislation.
  • Ongoing Review : Regularly update and maintain clients' financial plans to ensure they remain current and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience : Previous experience in a Paraplanning role is essential.
  • Education : Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, products, and compliance standards.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to produce high-quality work with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with advisors and clients effectively.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
