This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable professional looking for a short-term contract with flexible payment options. 📍 Location : Paisley 📅 Duration : 7 weeks 🕒 Days : Monday – Friday 💰 Payment Options : Ltd Company, CIS or PAYE 🔧 Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth progress of the strip-out works
• Oversee health & safety and site compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors and report progress to the main contractor
• Maintain site records and conduct site inductions ✅ Requirements :
• SMSTS – Essential
• First Aid at Work – Essential
• CSCS Card – Desirable
• Proven experience managing commercial or retail fit-out / strip-out projects
