The Opportunity

This role has real room for growth, we’re on the lookout for a self-motivated, confident Sales Executive to join our growing consultancy on a commission-only basis . This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about innovation, business growth, and technical advancement , who thrives in a results-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach companies engaged in qualifying R&D activities across sectors like engineering, software development, manufacturing, and science.
Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers— MDs, CFOs, CTOs , and innovation leads.
Confidently explain HMRC’s R&D tax relief schemes and highlight Seeder Heights' unique approach and success record.
Qualify leads and seamlessly transition them to our technical and advisory teams for claim preparation.
Maintain regular communication with prospects, providing guidance and updates on the opportunity and process.

Who You Are

A proven B2B sales professional , experience in R&D Tax Relief is essential.

Adept at spotting business potential and engaging senior stakeholders in meaningful conversations.

Enthusiastic about innovation, UK business growth, and government funding schemes .

Naturally proactive and self-driven—you operate well independently and are confident in building your own pipeline.

Proven record with working and building relationships with accountants, software companies, or engineering businesses is a strong plus.
