The Role

We look for Team Leaders with management skills and the ability to get involved hands-on and coach their team. You’ll support daily operations, drive sales, and improve store standards. You’ll also help maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, errors, and costs.

About You

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Understanding of KPIs like sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, ambition, and leadership skills
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential)
