HVAC Engineer

A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is seeking an HVAC Engineer in Derbyshire to play a key role in maintaining vital HVAC systems. The Role As the HVAC Engineer, you’ll : Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on all HVAC systems across the site. Diagnose and repair faults in VRV systems and other HVAC equipment. Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time. Liaise with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota with enhanced standby and call-out rates. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. You To be successful in the role of HVAC Engineer, you’ll bring : NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent). F-Gas Category 1 Certification (Essential). Proven experience working on VRV / VRF systems. Strong understanding of HVAC servicing, fault-finding, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
