Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Manchester City Centre

Salary : £24,000 - £25,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (First Year OTE £40,000-£50,000)

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Sourcing Talent : Identify and attract top tech candidates using innovative methods.
  • Client Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with exciting tech companies, from start-ups to industry leaders.
  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the recruitment lifecycle – from finding candidates to closing deals and earning commission.
