• A passionate, mission-led leadership team who are committed to excellence About the Role As Bids and Funding Manager, you’ll take the lead on developing compelling bids across a range of employability and skills programmes, with a particular focus on Skills Bootcamps and government-funded opportunities. Key responsibilities will include :
• Identifying new funding opportunities and tender notices
• Leading end-to-end bid writing, submission, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content and build winning proposals
• Managing bid timelines and ensuring timely submissions
• Staying ahead of changes in policy and funding landscapes Who We’re Looking For You’re a proactive and commercially-minded bid professional who brings :
• Proven experience of writing and managing successful bids in the employability or skills sector
• A strong understanding of Skills Bootcamps, AEB, or similar government-funded training programmes
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
• A strategic mindset and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
