ISQ Recruitment are supporting a well-established farm and food business with their search for a Production & Planning Manager .

Known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that combines traditional farming values with a modern, innovative approach to food production.

The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license , access to their own vehicle , and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

  • Competitive salary - to be discussed & experience dependent
  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote a culture of safety, food safety, and quality
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Full responsibility for production planning, materials management, and team development
  • Lead continuous improvement across the factory

    • About You :

  • Proven experience in a Supervisory / Management role within food production / manufacturing ( essential )
  • Experienced in production planning and scheduling ( essential )
  • Familiar with BRC food safety standards & audits ( essential )
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for quality and innovation
  • Flexible to the needs of the business
  • Adaptable to change in fast-growing and fast-paced environments
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
