The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Client Partnership Executive to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 40 key Pharma and MedTech clients, while also identifying and winning new business. If you're passionate about data, healthcare, and building trusted partnerships, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow client accounts by increasing product adoption, retention, and revenue
  • Proactively prospect and win new business in the Pharma and MedTech sectors
  • Develop and maintain client plans and robust sales pipelines (3x target value per client)
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Innovation, Marketing and Leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates
  • Contribute to the evolution of products based on client feedback and market trends
  • Support the Head of Sales and senior leadership with strategic sales insights

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or account management within Pharma, MedTech, BioTech, or a related industry
  • Strong multi-channel prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for healthcare, data, and digital insights
  • Desirable

  • Experience in brand or product management in Pharma / MedTech
  • An understanding of the NHS landscape and decision-making processes
