Lecturer - Early Years Location : Peterborough Pay : Competitive Hours : Full-time, 37 hours per week Contract : Temporary Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a college in the Peterborough area to recruit a Lecturer in Early Years. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality Early Years education. Key Responsibilities :

• Teach and assess Early Years courses from Levels 1 to 4.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet College and national standards.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student achievement.
• Design and maintain schemes of work and course materials.
• Carry out internal verification duties in line with awarding body requirements.
• Support students with academic tutorials and personal development.
• Work with employers to arrange and monitor work placements.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Participate in open events, interviews, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievement.
