The Crimson hotels is a fast growing, independently owned hotel group who own and manage seven branded hotels located in the United Kingdom, operating under two major brands of Hilton and IHG. As Sales Executive, you will play an important part in making this happen. You will work alongside the Regional Director of Sales and the General Manager, overseeing the Sales function for the Double Tree Hilton – Woking by proactively driving business to ensure maximum profitability.
Primary responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, events and site visits across all segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts.
- Promote the hotel’s services including rooms, event spaces, food & beverage packages, and special offers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Attend sales meetings and sales blitz days to support the needs of the business.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- Working with the GC&E team, identify key clients to focus on and drive repeat business
- Working with the Cluster Director of Sales, Crimson Hotels and Hilton Hotels teams, organise and support hotel promotional activities
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of information in Delphi. FDC and maintain up to date customer records
- To ensure all administrative tasks are dealt with in an efficient manner and are delivered within the specified deadline
