Senior Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Asset reviews
• Feasibility studies andmercial appraisals
• Planning Strategies and repurposing
• Site acquisition (Utilising developer network for stock as well as DD development constraints etc)
• Development and construction risk management
• Preparation of design briefs budgets and programme
• Consultant services and appointments and coordination and control of planning and design teams
• External stakeholder management
• Manage design and procurement and delivery of developments
• Manage procurement and delivery majorplicated Asset Management construction projects
• Negotiate Development Agreements AfLs and JV's
• Management and ownership of capex budgets
• Managing / Monitoring development Fundings
• Strategic Technical ad hoc advice to FM's and DM's
