Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients expanding, highly successful and innovative Estate Agency in Barnoldswick. The Branch Manager role is situated on the Lancashire / Yorkshire borders, set in a picturesque location and will be suitable for a Senior Negotiator / Sales Manager looking for their next step up or an existing Valuer or Branch Manager.

Working hours :

  • Monday – Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays (1 lieu day per month)

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager :

  • A basic salary up to £35,000
  • Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
  • Business Mileage paid
  • Free Parking provided
  • Ongoing Training and Support
  • To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following :

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
  • Strong listing experience and track record.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own car
  • Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
  • Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Passion for property
  • Local area knowledge would be helpful
  • As a Branch Manager, your role will involve :
