Corporate Solicitor, Lincolnshire

You will work with clients both large and small on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, sale and purchase agreements, corporate governance, business start ups and MBOs amongst other areas. Depending on seniority it may be that you also have some supervisory responsibilities. Business development and marketing will be expected as will a commercial approach to clients requirements.

This client have offices across Lincolnshire and you will join a large team of experts.
