Recruit A Driver is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Class 2 Night Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established client in Birstall.

About the Role :

As an HGV Class 2 Night Driver, your main duties will include :

Driving Class 2 refrigerated vehicles

Making timed store deliveries to locations across the North East, York, and Leeds

Unloading caged deliveries at customer sites

Using handheld devices to manage deliveries

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Ensuring vehicles are kept in a clean, roadworthy condition

Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times

Working Hours :

Start times : Between 16 : 00 and 18 : 00

Shift pattern : 4 on / 4 off rotating schedule

What Were Looking For :

Valid Class 2 (Category C) UK driving licence held for at least 18 months

Recent Class 2 driving experience (within the last 612 months)

No more than 6 points on your licence (minor offences only)

Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
