Are you a hands-on leader with a head for heights and a passion for delivering quality work in the field? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.

What Will You Be Doing?

Leading site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work both on the ground and at height.
Carrying out installations, decommissioning, inspections, and maintenance on telecoms structures.
Performing small civils tasks such as fencing and concrete repairs.
Ensuring all work meets our high standards for Health & Safety and Quality .
Mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise.
Supporting office-based teams with technical input during project planning.

What Are We Looking For?

Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience a bonus.

Experience in working at height on towers and masts, as part of a team.

Skilled in general construction works.

Strong understanding of safety in the workplace.

Strong communicator and team player.

Ability to provide effective solutions to resolve issues on-site.

Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.

Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Willing to travel and stay away from home during the week.

Full UK driving licence.
