Senior Financial Analyst

Wilkinson & Associates is proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking, award-winning professional services firm to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst . This is a commercially impactful role for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into strategic insight and influencing business decisions through evidence, analysis and clarity.

You’ll join a well-established finance function and take ownership of performance analysis, KPI reporting, and commercial modelling across the business. The role provides excellent visibility across senior leadership and a chance to contribute directly to how the firm grows and invests.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and deliver performance reporting across service lines, client groups and geographies

Take ownership of Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and generate valuable business insight

Conduct commercial modelling including ROI, pricing analysis, and investment planning

Analyse marketing spend effectiveness and competitor benchmarks to guide strategic focus

Produce board-level summary reports that bring the numbers to life for senior stakeholders

Support forecasting and annual business planning cycles

Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst, developing reporting capability within the team

What We’re Looking For

Essential :

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong commercial acumen

Track record in a commercial finance or data analysis role

Proficient with Power BI and advanced Excel; experience with SQL is an advantage

Skilled at distilling data into actionable insight for senior decision-makers

Collaborative, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Desirable :

Understanding of financial and operational KPIs across people-led businesses
