This forklift engineer role is an extremely reactive position where you will support the company's needs in the day to day requirements of service, maintenance and repair of material handling equipment including electric counterbalance forklifts, diesel forklifts, articulated forklifts, reach trucks, and side loaders and manufacturers such as Toyota, Komastsu, Combilift, Caterpillar (CAT), Hyster-Yale + many more!

Responsibilities of the Forklift Engineer include :

To be successful as the forklift engineer it would be ideal that you have previously worked in positions such as engineer, mechanic, plant fitter, mobile plant fitter, workshop plant fitter, service fitter, service engineer, forklift engineer, mobile forklift engineer, forklift service engineer, material handling engineer or service technician.

To be successful as the forklift engineer you may have been involved with service and repairing within the forklift industry, experienced in electrical / hydraulic systems, excellent customer service skills and be a motivated / enthusiastic individual.
