Job description

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Kelso.

As a Chef De partie your working hours and days are :

Monday to Thursday 07 : 00 - 14 : 00
Friday 07 : 00 - 11 : 30

The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is :

16.00 p / h

Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are :

Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant's opening

Making breakfast and lunch

Preparing a particular kitchen station

Cooking a specific portion of each plated meal

Cleaning the kitchen and keeping on top of health and safety regulations

Cleaning and sanitising their area with warm water and soap

Wrapping unused items and storing them in proper areas at the end of a shift
