Our Customer Service team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Customer Service Coordinator. Location : Takeley Permanent, full-time employment What You Will Do Provide technical and administrative support to customers.

  • Online order submissions
  • Sample collections
  • Sample / order non-conformances
  • Invoicing and other customer queries
  • Barcode orders
  • Management of dropbox network
  • Onboarding / training of new customers with respect to the ordering portal Support with sample shipments to our other global facilities. Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database. Ensure correct people / departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues. What You Will Bring
  • Previous experience in a customer service centric position.
  • Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of biology or genetics is an advantage.
  • Proficient with computers, systems, and Microsoft Office. Our Offer
