A day in the life of a New Homes Site Sales Consultant

  • Working within the New Homes Site Sales office at Clacton-on-Sea
  • Working Hours : Thursday to Monday, 9.30am - 5pm
  • Register client details
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Work with your team to deliver success and maintain high service standards
  • Canvassing and generating new business :

Calling our client database

  • Contacting homeowners
  • Engage actively within your local community to build your reputation
  • Prepare contracts, terms, and conditions to secure sales
  • Advertise properties through various channels :
  • Social Media posts

  • Quick Sneak Peek videos
  • Leaflets
  • Photography
  • Refer relevant business to internal resources :
  • Legal services

  • Mortgage and Protection Advisers
  • What you need to bring to the table

  • Proven success in a target-driven role within Estate Agency, preferably with experience in New Homes
  • Outstanding customer service reputation
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within the property industry
  • A strong drive to earn and work hard to reap rewards
  • What's on offer to you

  • Basic annual salary between GBP18,000 and GBP22,000, dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme :
  • Appointments arranged for Mortgage and Protection Advisers

  • Legal sign-ups
  • Sale completion – commission on each plot sold
  • Dedicated training from day one with ongoing coaching
  • Incentive trips to destinations like Texas, New York, Bangkok, Austria, Abu Dhabi

    We conduct interviews via video software. To proceed, you need :

  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK ( in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 )
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK :
  • Passport or Birth Certificate

    Additional requirements :

  • Proof of Address
  • National Insurance number
  • Subject to passing probation and completing 1 year of service
