M&E Quantity Surveyor Location : Harlow - Hybrid Salary & Package : £70,000 - £80,000 + Electric Vehicle + Private Healthcare + Expenses + Travel / Accommodation Facilitate Search is a specialist recruitment business to FM & the Built Environment. We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's largest FM services providers. Join a growing, forward-thinking business delivering complex commercial and industrial projects across the UK – starting with a major data centre project near Harlow, running for the next 12–18 months, with further projects lined up beyond. The Role : As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take the lead on full commercial management of key MEP packages. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, your responsibilities will include :

• Leading subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
• Preparing and managing scopes of work and tender documentation
• Supporting both pre- and post-contract phases with estimating and commercial insight
• Managing valuations, variations, payments, and reporting
• Ensuring cost efficiency, value engineering, and commercial compliance across M&E works What We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E, ideally in commercial, industrial, or critical environments
