LKAB are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to form part of our Team at Stockton. The role is responsible for dealing directly with suppliers, customers and site administration.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the day-to-day administration and support activities for the Stockton site, ensuring that all orders and documentation are accounted for accurately and that these are conveyed to our partners in a timely manner.
The candidate will also make suggestions for continuous improvement across Customer Services processes, whilst maintaining customer and stakeholders' requirements, managing these to the highest standards possible.
