We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen at a elevated gastro pub offering casual restaurant-style service in Burton-On-Trent! The Sous Chef will have the chance to work with an exciting menu of modern British dishes and all freshly prepared food – all served in a welcoming, stylish pub setting with big ambitions to become a local favourite.

The Sous Chef will have everything they need to thrive, including a fully fitted, brand-new kitchen with all the equipment to make cooking a pleasure. It’s the perfect opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in building and developing a strong kitchen team, contribute ideas, and be part of something special from day one!
