Permanent Community Mental Health Social Worker - Southend, Essex
Annual Salary : £37,938 - £43,693 per annum
Location : Southend Council, Essex
Working Arrangements : Full time, hybrid working avalible minimum 2 days on site
Relocation Package : Up to £8,000

What You'll Do :
- Work closely with adults experiencing mental ill health, their families, carers and partner agencies
- Deliver statutory social care functions under the Care Act and Mental Health Act
- Conduct needs-led assessments, care planning, reviews and safeguarding interventions
- Promote recovery, resilience, independence, and well-being
