About the role

As our Senior Carer (Nights), you'll provide personal care to residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and helping them get around and enjoy our home. You will act as a key worker for several residents, building meaningful relationships with them and their families. You will participate in formulating and maintaining individual electronic care plans and should have experience with this.

Additional Important Information

You will undertake formal supervision of junior staff and must have experience in this area.

You need to be alert at all times to residents' physical and mental well-being.

You must understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements relevant to the role, such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and care standards legislation.
