We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in or around the Bristol area.

Day to Day :

Working with a public sector contractor. We are looking for an experienced QS to work with a projects team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West. Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.

Estimating cost of projects
Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
Liaising with site teams to keep projects on track

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) :

Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor

Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.

Experience of planned and reactive contracts.

Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
