About the role
Sytner Sheffield has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
Sytner Accounts Assistants work flexible patterns between Mondays and Fridays, which may include weekends to ensure high levels of customer service.
About You
Applicants should have experience in an administrative role as a minimum requirement.
Previous experience with accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations, is essential. Knowledge of the CDK / Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and able to meet strict deadlines while paying attention to detail. You should be capable of working independently and as part of a small team.
