Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the organisation's website and ensuring that it is up-to-date and functional
- Overseeing the creation and production of content for the website, including text, images, and videos
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the website meets their needs and goals
- Analysing website traffic and user behaviour data to make data-driven decisions about website design and content
- Keeping abreast of new technologies and trends in web design and development and making rmendations for how to incorporate them into the organisation's website
- Ensuring that the website is optimised for search engines and that the organisation's online presence is strong
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensuring best practice and timely adoption of trends and algorithm changes
- Assist with augmentation of website capabilities including personalisation, testing programme,ponentry and online data
- Analysing website traffic and user behaviour data to make data-driven decisions about website design and content
- Oversee webservice and support requests, ensuring best practices within agreed SLAs.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues that arise with the website
- Management andernance of social media accounts and handles.
