Job Description

Job Purpose :

Provides site management, reporting, liaison, and client communication for energy efficiency improvement and retrofit projects across the UK. Responsible for managing all operatives on site, CDM compliance, site setup, and coordination with sub-contractors and specialist providers in both occupied and void properties.

Duties :

Manage work programs for retrofit social housing and energy efficiency projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
