Contract Type : Permanent, Full-Time (41 hours / week, Monday to Friday)

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team during an exciting expansion phase. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a vital role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring cost control, financial reporting, and overall project efficiency from inception to completion.

What They Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS role within construction / property
• Relevant industry qualification (Level 4 or above)
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence required
