Who are we looking for?

There is no ‘ideal’ candidate for us, and no particular experience is required. Recruitment is a sales role, and while a background in sales could be helpful, it’s not necessary. Our consultants come from diverse backgrounds, including hospitality, construction, call centres, sports, education, the military, and recent graduates.
